  • What is the average price for house cleaning?

    For a scheduled house cleaning in a regular interval (weekly, fortnighly etc), one can expect roughly between $155 to $200. It can be more or less than the estimate depending upon the size of your house and your requirements.

  • What if something gets stolen or gets damaged?

    Employees at Lucent Clean go through an extensive training and thorough background check to avoid these problems. If something gets damaged by a cleaner during the cleaning period, Lucent Clean will either replace the damaged items or pay for it as long as it is reported within 24 hours of the service.

  • Can I trust your cleaner?

    Absolutely. Cleaners associated with Lucent Clean must provide a recent police check and NDIS workers screening checks.

  • Do i need to provide anything for the cleaning ?

    All of our cleaners comes fully equipped with their own cleaning supplies.But if you want them to use particular supplies you have in your house,you are more than welcome to put it out for the cleaners.

  • What if I am not happy with my service?

    We value all feedback we receive, whether positive or negative. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please email our office with details of the issue and relevant photos. We will then re-clean any missed/unsatisfactory areas within 2-4 days of the first service. We will also consider reasonable discounts if necessary.
